Membership Accounts

How long does a membership account remain active?

Membership accounts are purchased per year.

What account level is right for me?

We offer 3 tiers of membership account. These tiers are crafted to meet the needs of 3 groups of medical professional as indicated at the top of each column of our tier comparison chart.

Can I upgrade my account if I choose wrong?

Yes. If you need help with your account just let us know. Ask your questions using our contact form and we'll contact you promptly.

Are group discounts available?

Compliance Exam

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Once you pass the exam you will be able to view, print, and/or download a certificate of completion as a pdf document. You will have access to your certificate, (to re-print if necessary), for as long as your account is active.

If I fail the exam can I retake it?

Yes. You can retake the exam as many times as you need to.


Account Renewals

How are renewals handled?

We will contact you via email to remind you to renew shortly before your annual membership expires.


Security

Is my account account secure?

This Web site is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. Click the security seal at the bottom of any page for more information.

How are payments processed?

Payments are handled by PayPal and are processed on secure PayPal servers. PayPal uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud.
